Welcome to the first installment of our newest venue, Conversations at the Bar! We wanted to add a feature that allows us, and other contributors, the opportunity to just chat with authors about their work and what’s happening with them. These CatBs aren’t as in depth as the standard Cocktail Hours but will give you some insight and information. Bar Rags will now focus on readings, musical performances, and community information. I mean, you should still listen to ALL of the material coming from us but this will help you to know what to expect from the episodes. Maybe. It should. Really.

Along with the new venue, we’ve got some new voices that will be coming to you from time to time. One of those belongs to fan fic author and blogger JLNicky. We sat down with her for a chat so you could learn a bit more about her and what she’s doing.
