shortheader.jpgHey thar, dear listeners! We’s a maht happy ta knows yous a stopped bah to check out this here show! Whew, that’s tougher than it seems. I just wanted to set the mood for this episode. Andy and I discussed the wonderful western, Fetchin’ Cousin Minnie by b. soiree. You can read it fer yersef by clickin’ raht here: Andy and I both very much enjoyed the story and think you will, too. Probably. If you like westerns. There’s also an unfinished sequel and a short vignette that you may enjoy, too. You can check out a load of b. soiree’s work on her page at the Academy of Bards:

Our tasty beverage for the evening was the pineapple daiquiri. Here’s how we made ours:

In a blender:

2oz light rum or pineapple rum
1/2 oz sweetened lime juice
1/2 cup fresh or canned pineapple

Blend until smooth. If it’s too thick, add pineapple juice. If it’s too thin, add more ice. Pour it into a big glass and enjoy! I garnished mine with a couple chunks of pineapple and a cherry. It was YUMMY!

I very much enjoyed this podcast! I have not finished this story yet (on chapter 3) but will be working on this one before Warrior Judge’s story. I am really digging the line up you gals are working on for this year. Thank you for doing this in your spare time! It is a real sunny spot on rainy days, and just plain fun!! Makes me wish I could be there joining in you know? I find myself agreeing or disagreeing out loud sometimes…along with giggles!!

I watched the first two episodes of House of Cards last night and will definitely keep watching! For those that haven’t listened to the episode yet, this isn’t just a bizarre nonsequitor. Andy talks about this Netflix original series in the beginning of the show.

Once again, you two prove you can pull off a delightful show just by yourselves. Great job!
