Hey everyone! We weren’t really scheduled to do a show but we just had to do this one. Andy and I debated on whether to classify this as a standard show or something else but we decided to just go with a Cocktail Hour show. Mostly because we were giggling about it being episode 69…
We have no guest tonight. Well, I think that’s not really true. We have more than 20 guests. We asked for those who wanted to share some of their favorite memories from the 2013 Golden Crown Literary Society Conference to call in and leave a brief message. And, wow, did we get some great calls. A big “thank you!” to everyone who shared with us – either over the phone or at the conference.

Perhaps Liz and I can reenact it in Portland. My favorite part was after, when I had six butches on their knees in front of me, looking for a screw. (A glasses screw, of course.)

So great to hear all these stories! I have already set up my own Cheese Doodle Dive Fund! I’m glad I am not the only one who has a “writer crush” on Georgia Beers. By the way, Rev, I AM JEALOUS! Anyway, I am planning to attend Portland and can not wait to meet all of you! I want a Bearded Clam pin! I also enjoyed all the photo bombing! Nikki, “Keeper of The Phone Numbers”, LOL!
